In 1997 McDonald and Son Funeral Home and Crematory began serving the Cumming/Forsyth County area and surrounding communities. Sympathetic understanding and complete attention to detail have characterized our services.

Over the years we have had the privilege of serving many families from the Dahlonega, Lumpkin County and Dawson County area. So we committed to building a new state-of-the art funeral home in Dahlonega.

Our crematory, is located next to our sister funeral home, McDonald and Son Funeral Home in Cumming. Our professional staff operates it and we are certain, no other local funeral home can provide families as much comfort and peace of mind with cremation services.
