Zachary Woodhouse Coleman

Zachary "Zac" Woodhouse Coleman, 43 years old, who resided in Woodstock, Georgia passed away on December 5th. He was a loving son, brother, husband and uncle. He is survived by his parents, Ron and Andrea, brothers Matt (Jacqui Chew) and Jason (Angela), wife Michele, nephew Harrison, niece Katherine Rose and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

In his younger days, Zac held Cobb County swimming records while swimming for the Woodbine Station swim team. Zac was the Class President of his high school class 3 out of 4 years and was a 1993 graduate of McEachern High School in Powder Springs, GA. Zac earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management from Georgia State University in 1999.

Zac worked in the restaurant industry with his first job at Ernie's Steakhouse. He was an artful chef and a well respected restaurant and hospitality executive. Most recently, he was the General Manager of Bonefish Grill in Alpharetta, GA.

Zac was a music aficionado. He most enjoyed the Fabulous Nobodies and Jane's Addiction. He was devoted to his many cats and loved to take them on strolls in their cat strollers. He was a big man with an even bigger heart and will be dearly missed by all whose lives he touched.

A Memorial Service will be held at the McDonald and Son Funeral Home in Cumming, Georgia on Thursday December 13th at noon. A visitation will be held at 11am. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to your favorite charity and/or animal shelter in Zac's memory.
