Cumming, Georgia
William “Willie” Fuller was born in Pasadena, CA to his late parents William T. Fuller Sr. and Ruth Fuller. Willie spent his youthful years in California surrounded by his children and loved ones. In his early years, Willie got saved, gave his life to God at Christ Temple and soon after dedicated his life to the works of the Lord. As a young man, Willie took pride in style and decided to open his own clothing store named “Page One Fashion,” being sure to show off his tasteful style in all walks of his life.
Willie began his career in California while being mentored by Pastor Eld. John Corley and Bishop Benton; leading him to his inspired calling to become a minister in his 30's. He later decided to deepen his ministry and moved to Georgia in November of 1990 to serve his purpose in serving and spreading God’s word. In GA, Fuller found his career passion and became a master butcher at Costco Warehouse, where he met his loving wife of 26 years, Charlene Fuller. Willie worked at Costco for 20 years and honorably retired at the age of 67.
Throughout Willie’s life, he touched many souls, inspired many lives to be saved and was a faithful workman, being sure to serve God each day of his existence. Fuller was known to give good advice and drop “golden nuggets” to many that will forever be remembered and cherished. In addition to being a mentor, he compassionately fathered many. Willie enjoyed preaching God’s word, spending time with his loved ones and fishing (for fish and souls) most of his retired years, he was truly a soul winner. God peacefully called Willie home on Saturday, March 23, 2024, in the comfort of his home.
Fuller is survived by his loving wife, Charlene Fuller; his children Eric Fuller, Antwan Fuller, William Fuller, the late Erica Fuller, Tremayne Fuller, Evan (Micole) Fuller, Welissia Boyd, Shonquarius Boyd, Kimia Boyd, Africa Boyd and Charkerriah Boyd.
