William Spruill Jr.

William Stephen Spruill Jr., affectionately known by many as “Steve,” passed away on July 2, 2026, at the age of 67.

Steve was born to his late parents, William Stephen Spruill Sr., and Barbara Wilson.

In addition to his parents, Steve is preceded in death by his brother, Scott Spruill.

Steve is survived by his loving wife, Sherrie Spruill; his 3 stepchildren: Keith (Traci) Fowler, Kezya (Ronnie Anglin) Prichard, and Eric (Amber) Fowler; he is also survived by his eight grandchildren: Maggie (Quenton) Lee, Baily Downs, Seth Fowler, Sydney Fowler, Ethan Prichard, Karley Prichard, Kaleh Fowler, and Kree Fowler; as well as two great grandchildren; his sister LeAnn Mills and niece Shannon along with her husband; among other relatives and many friends.

Steve’s life impacted so many and he will be missed.

The family will receive friends on Monday, July 6th, 2026, from 5:00PM-8:00PM, at McDonald and Son Funeral Home in Cumming, Georgia.
