Dawsonville, Georgia
With immense sadness, we announce the unexpected passing of William Louis Kukarola, fondly known as Bill, on January 26, 2024. Born on June 16, 1942, in East St. Louis, IL, Bill was a beacon of compassion, generosity, and love, whose presence was always accompanied by his ready smile and infectious laughter.
Bill led an exceptional life, marked by thoughtfulness and a deep love for family, friends, and pets. He was a longtime resident of Forsyth County, Georgia, where he loved to delve into his passion for gardening and travel. A proud retiree from Lockheed Martin, Bill's work ethic and dedication were unparalleled. He further completed his Theological Education of Ministry, a testament to his intellectual curiosity and commitment to spiritual growth. As Winston Churchill beautifully said, "We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give." And William Kukarola, in his generous spirit, truly made a life that touched countless others.
William is survived by his loving wife Donna, his sister, Mary, his brother Bob, and in laws Kathy, Pamela, and Stan, Dianne and Lanny, Heather, and many nieces and nephews. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him, and his legacy will continue to live on in the hearts and minds of those fortunate enough to have known him.
We invite you to share your fond memories, stories, and photos of William on his memorial page. Your contribution will serve as a comforting reminder of the love and joy he brought into our lives.
