Wayne was an inspiring presence in the lives of his family, friends, and community, known as a beacon of integrity and dedication through his work as a Deputy Sheriff of Forsyth county. His resilience, courage, and unwavering commitment to serve and protect were at the core of Wayne's character.

Wayne was a loving husband to Theresa Bemis, and an adoring father to Samantha, Bryan, and becca. His wit and humor infused their home with joy, laughter, and warmth, making each day a treasure. His love for his family was boundless, his dedication to them, unwavering. Wayne's contagious laughter and funny anecdotes could light up any room, and his loving and supporting nature made him the rock his family leaned on in times of need.

Wayne was predeceased by his mother Dorothy Bemis, those left with cherished memories are his father Wayne Bemis Sr. and sisters Wendy Slater and Kimberly Strainer. He leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and inspiration that will continue to resonate in the hearts of his loved ones.
