Wanda Blackwell

Wanda Gail Blackwell (Jinks), age 61, of Cumming, GA passed away on December 19th, 2023, as the result of a prolonged illness. Wanda was born on August 14th, 1962 to Robert and Barbara Jinks in Duluth, GA. Wanda attended Milton High School and went to work for Napa Auto Parts until she retired. She was named employee of the year several times during her tenure with Napa and loved her job. Never one to sit still Wanda went
on to work several other jobs including her last job at the Oaks Senior Living Center in Alpharetta where she enjoyed caring for the elderly. Wanda had an incredible sense of humor and an infectious laugh that was uniquely her own. She loved animals, crafting, jewelry, coloring, painting, and her many plants. She was a social butterfly and had many friends over the years whom she
considered family. She was a good listener, always had advice to give and fiercely loyal to those in her circle. Her greatest accomplishment being her 2 beautiful children. She is preceded in death by her father and stepmother, Robert Virginia) Jinks, her two sisters and brother, Sherry Jinks, Pam
Trotter and Keith Jinks. She is survived by her mother and stepfather, Barbara (Steve) Dempsey, daughter, Erin Brown, and son, Elijah Brown. Niece, Abby (Kevin) DeLong and nephew, Matthew Trotter. Many other relatives and friends
also survive. May she rest in peace.

Visitation will be on Wednesday, December 27th, 2023, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm with funeral services to follow in the chapel of McDonald & Son Funeral Home in Cumming, GA. Interment to follow at Cross Plains Baptist Church Cemetery,
