Uretta "Rita" Jackson Frierson

Uretta "Rita" Jackson Frierson 62, of Cumming, Georgia (previously from Jesup, Georgia, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, June 4th, 2021.

She is preceded in death by her husband; Roger Frierson; parents; A.C. Jackson and Okie Jackson; siblings; Una Graben, and Bobby Jackson.

Rita is survived by her step-children; Lane Frierson, Shannon Batten, Erin Demesi, and Jami Stacy.

Siblings; Julian "Jitter" Jackson (Lottie); Brenda Splawn (Ray).

Grandchildren; Roger, Wyatt, Haley, Leah, Kayla, Michael, and Shelby.

Nieces and nephews; Julian Jackson Jr., David Jackson, Julie Adams, Trisha Dear, Kristy Unger, Sylvia Jackson, Lee Jackson, Andrew Splawn, and Hannah Splawn and Grand Nieces and Nephews.

Rita also leaves behind her loving fur baby Roxanne.

Visitation will be on Saturday, June 12th, 2021 in the community room of McDonald and Son Funeral Home from 11:00am - 12:30pm. A celebration of life will take place at 12:30pm in the community room at McDonald and Son.
