Tom Glass

Tom Glass, 75, of Fuquay-Varina, NC, passed away on Saturday, December 3rd, 2022. He was a native of East Tennessee. Early on Tom worked as a telephone installer where he met his wife of 47 years, Janet. He & his wife traveled the United States and eventually settled down in North Carolina.

Tom enjoyed woodworking and building things. He loved camping, boating, and fishing with family and friends, as well as family gatherings at the Wildlife Club. Tom was always kind, considerate, and concerned with taking care of his family and those around him.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Janet, sons, Andrew & Matthew (Melissa), daughter, Lisa (Todd), grandchildren, Drew, Hayden, Ellie, & Caroline, sister, Sandra (Lynn), and many nieces & nephews.

The family would like to thank his caretaker, Brenda Tucker and the Staff at Phoenix at James Creek for taking care of Tom during the past year.

Celebration of life to be held on January 21st, 2023, at the Chatham County Wildlife Club (Siler City, NC).
