Tammy Fugatt Ziemba, 43 of Duluth, GA, passed away Friday, July 29, 2011 at Emory Johns Creek, Johns Creek, GA. She was a member of North Point Community Church. She is preceded in death by her Grandparents, Ed and Flora Seaver, Grandfather, Charlie Fugatt and Aunt, Rebecca Lovings. She is survived by her mother, Gail Fugatt of Cumming, GA; father, Steve Fugatt of Panama City, FL; grandmother, Mary Fugatt of Panama City, FL; beloved pets, Wookie and Maggie; aunts and uncles, Danny and Sharon Fugatt of Ft. Myers FL, Edward and Nancy Seaver of Rossville, GA; and many cousins and friends. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, August 2, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel at Perimeter Presbyterian Church, 9500 Medlock Bridge Rd, Duluth, GA. The family will receive friends on Sunday, July 31, 2011, from 5:00 9:00 p.m. and Monday, August 1, 2011 from 10:00 a.m.- 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
