Steven Gibson

Obituary
We are sad to announce the passing of Steven (Stevie) Glen Gibson. He passed at the age of 27. He was born on July 27th 1996 at Northside hospital in Atlanta.

Stevie is survived by his parents, Gus and Sue Gibson, his sister Lilly Gibson,  his niece, Aria Dittmann, and many Aunts, Uncles, cousins and great cousins on his mother's side of the family. Stevie was predeceased by his aunt, Anna Perdue and his cousin, Cam Perdue.

Stevie was a self taught guitar player and was teaching others how to play at the time of his death. He also played piano and strings. Music was Stevie's passion, which he said  made him feel much happiness and contentment.
Stevie played football,  baseball, and basketball as a happy young kid. Then in school he played the violin in  Orchestra, which is where he began his love for music.

Stevie was also a very intelligent person and many people referred to him as a "walking encyclopedia." And along with that he also had a great sense of humor that brought everyone much laughter.

Stevie was a wonderful son, brother, uncle and friend. He had a very caring and genuine soul and  he touched many lives along his short journey in life.
