Stella Betty Longenetta

Stella Betty Longenetta, 85, of Cumming, GA (and a long time resident of Alliance, OH) died on January 5, 2011 at Northside Hospital Forsyth. Born in Salem, OH she was the daughter of the late John and Eva Pascola. Stella worked as a potter at Royal China for many years. She was an member of Longstreet Baptist Church and volunteered at The Place both in Cumming. She is survived by her loving companion, Joseph Kurpil of Cumming, GA; daughter, Patricia Blake of Cumming, GA; grandsons, Jerry (Sherrie) Blake of Dawsonville, GA and Melvin (Robyn) Blake of Alliance, OH; and 6 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 6:00 pm on Friday, January 7, 2011 in the chapel of McDonald and Son. Rev. Pete Martin and Rev. Terry Caylor will officiate. The family will receive friends from 4:00 6:00 pm on Friday, January 7. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Longstreet Baptist Church or The Place.
