Stanley Anderson

Mr. Stanley Morris Anderson age 70 of Dahlonega passed away on August 29, 2024. Stanley was the son of the late John Wilson Anderson and Katherine Ward Anderson and was a Lumpkin County native and worked at Fieldale Farms Corporation in Murrayville, Georgia for most of his career, then transitioned to the Maintenance Department for the Lumpkin County Commissioner’s. Stanley was also a member of Dahlonega Church of God.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Anderson is preceded by his siblings Russell Anderson, Windford Anderson, Joyce Anderson Eaton, Brenda Sue Powell, and Gary Anderson.
Stanley is survived by his daughter Sandra Lynn Anderson, and son Johnny Paul Anderson; sister Sandra Anderson Noble, grandchildren; Jacob Tate Speed, Jaime Speed, Carter Ethan Anderson, and Ava Lynn Anderson; bonus son Billy Waters (Amanda) and their children, Melissa Waters, Alyssa Henson, Brayden Henson, and Kylie Brady. A large number of other relatives and friends who were considered family also survive.

Family will receive friends on Thursday September 5, 2024 from 10 am until 2 pm at Dahlonega Funeral Home, Funeral Service will follow at 2 pm in the chapel.
