In Loving Memory:
Shirley Jean Sutton St. Clair, 81 of Cumming, GA, gracefully departed from this world on May 9, 2024, leaving behind a tapestry woven with threads of love, laughter, and lasting memories.
Born on February 12, 1943, in Anderson, SC, she embarked on a journey filled with adventure, curiosity, an unwavering spirit, and a little bit of sass. Throughout her time among us, Shirley radiated a warmth and kindness that knew no bounds. She touched the lives of countless souls, offering comfort, guidance, and support with her gentle presence and compassionate heart.
Shirley will forever be cherished by her adoring family, Brother Larry Sutton, (Margie), Sister Jan Perkins, (proceeded in death) (her Husband, David, proceeded in death) Son Darrell Fowler (Shay), Daughter Traci St. Claire (John), and her Son Michael St. Clair (Deanna). Her Grandchildren, Ashley St. Clair Norris (Josh), Jordan St. Clair (Courtney), Sheldon (Slade) St. Claire, Brody Hodges (Kailey), Ryan Fowler, and McKenna St. Clair. Her Great-grandchildren, Baylor St. Clair and Payton Norris, many Nephews, Nieces, and extended family. And last but certainly not least, her beloved, furry little companion, Karlee. All of whom were profoundly impacted by her love, wisdom, and unwavering devotion. Her legacy of kindness, generosity, and putting others before herself as well as her grit, determination, and toughness during the hard times along the way, will continue to inspire and uplift all who were fortunate enough to know her.
A gathering to celebrate Shirley’s life will be held on Saturday, May 18, 2024, at 1:00 pm at Sawnee View Gardens, in the Garden of Grace, where stories will be shared, tears shed, and laughter echoed in loving remembrance in a graveside service in honor of her memory.
