Sara Janette Kelley

Sara Janette Kelley, 80, of Ball Ground, GA and formerly of Alpharetta, died at Embracing Hospice House on June 12, 2013. Born in Alpharetta, GA she was the daughter of the late Charlie and Sara Cagle. Her son, Kenny Kelley, also predeceased her. Janette is survived by her beloved husband, James Felton Kelley of Ball Ground, GA; children, Vivian Kelley (Jeff) Cox of Hickory Flat, GA, Terry Kelley of Ball Ground, GA and Mechelle Kelley (Eddy) Powell of Alpharetta, GA; grandchildren, Tasha (Brett) Stancil, Justin Cox, Carley Powell, Zack Kelley and Jamie (Natalie) Williams; great-grandchildren, Collins Stancil, Claire Williams, Reese Williams and Maddox Williams; and a loving extended family. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 pm on Saturday, June 15, 2013 in the chapel of McDonald and Son Funeral Home. Interment will follow at a later date at Georgia National Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Friday, June 14 from 4:00 8:00 pm at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the National Kidney Foundation (www.kidney.org).
