Samuel "Sam" Worsham

On April 14, 2023, Samuel David Worsham took his last breath. A warrior throughout life, he was 45 years old. The family is deeply saddened and shocked by his sudden death. He will be greatly missed and will always hold a place in our hearts forever. We'll always remember his illuminating smile, his caring and compassionate heart, and the warm embrace he would always give.

Sam had an indelible, heroic spirit that will forever be imprinted on our hearts. He made our home full of laughter and love and wiped away our tears.

Sam preceded in death by his mother, Joann Worsham, and is survived by his father, Dennis Worsham, his brother Paul Worsham, his sister, Amy Bivins, his wife, Nena Worsham, his four children, Eryn Kirby, Noah Elliott, Colton Worsham, and Rylan Worsham, and his two grandchildren, Amelia Kirby and Micah Kirby.

The visitation will be held from 11:00-1:00 followed by a service at 1:00.
