Rosemarie Oriano

Rosemarie Oriano, age 82, of Cumming, Georgia passed away Saturday, March 7, 2026.

The family will receive friends and family on Thursday March 12, 2026 from 3-5PM and 7-9PM at McDonald and Son Funeral Home in Cumming. Funeral Mass will be 1PM, Friday, March 13 at St. Brendan the Navigator Catholic Church (4633 Shiloh Rd, Cumming, GA 30040). In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her name to St. Baldricks (https://www.stbaldricks.org/participants/RosemarieOriano).

Rosemarie enjoyed attending all of her grand-childrens sports, activities, and school events. She was an excellent cook and an even better baker and would prepare exquisite meals for holidays and birthdays. She more recently enjoyed teaching her grand-daughter how to bake some of her favorites. After spending 3.5 years living with her daughter, Rosemarie spent her last 2 weeks in her cherished home surrounded by loved ones, enjoying some of her favorite meals, and sitting in her favorite spots. Her family is comforted knowing that she has been reunited with her husband.

Rosemarie was pre-deceased by her husband of over 52 years, Joseph Oriano (2020); her brother Father Thomas Anastasio; and her sister and brother-in-law Angela (2023) and Salvatore Titone (2001).

Rosemarie is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Sandra and Patrick Apoian, of Cumming, Georgia; her son and girlfriend Joseph Oriano, Jr. and Jessica Weingart, of Atlanta, Georgia; and grandchildren Gehrig "Joey" Apoian and Karaline Apoian.

Visitation will be on Thursday, March 12th, 2026 from 3pm-5pm, and from 7pm-9pm.

A funeral mass will be on Friday, March 13th, 2026 at 1pm at St. Brendan Catholic Church.

Rosemarie will be laid to rest at Georgia National Cemetery in Canton, Georgia.
