Ronnie Nichelson

Ronnie Alvin Nichelson, 61, of Cumming, GA passed away Friday, March 6, 2015. He was preceded in death by his parents, Clarance and Lille Nichelson; brothers, Melvin, Hudon, Danny, Howard and Donnie Nichelson. He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Carolyn Nichelson; sons, Joseph Nichelson and Jessica Heard of Cumming, GA, Michael and Ashley Nichelson of Cumming GA; grandchildren, Nathan, Cameron, Keirsten Nichelson and Ashley Nicole Lydy; adopted family, Jason and Morgan Nichelson of Suwanee, GA; adopted grandchildren, Eliah, Harlee, Breahna Nichelson, Logan and Realyn Heard; brothers, James Nichelson of Dawsonville, GA, Leon and Judy Nichelson of Lavonia, GA, Keith and Lisa Nichelson of Fort Payne, AL. Ronnie was a member of New Light Baptist Church. He found the Lord in 1970 at Mt. Calvary Baptist Church. Funeral Services will be held on Monday, March 9, 2015 at 4:00 p.m. at McDonald and Son Chapel, Cumming, GA with the Rev. Ricky Waters officiating. Interment will follow the funeral at Sawnee View Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Sunday, March 8, 2015 from 1:00 9:00 p.m. at the funeral home and again on Monday from 9:00 a.m. until the hour of service.
