Ronald George Gordon

Ronald George Gordon, born in Kenmore, New York, October 5,1937, the first American born in the Gordon family. The son of John Angus Gordon and Dorothy Leonard Gordon from Aberdeen, Scotland.

Ron is survived by his wife of 59 years, Barbara. He was a proud father of three children, Jeffrey Scott (Pam Gordon, daughter in law), San Antonio, Glenn Stuart, Cumming, and Jennifer Lynn, Los Angeles, three grandchildren, Jerett Scott (Jessica Gordon), Mason Randolph (Irene), Brittany Roseanne and four great grandchildren, Jexton Scott, Juliana Cecilia, Therese Frances and William Randolph. He was predeceased by his sister, Dorothy Gordon Beam and his brother, John Angus Gordon.

Ron attended the U of Buffalo, followed by a business career spanning many areas, aerospace, Eastern Airlines, United Fruit Company and management consulting. Ron enjoyed spending time with family and good friends. His pleasure came from boat rides and fishing with family, years of coaching little league football and travel to places, less traveled, and of course, our many family dogs.

A celebration of Ron's life will be held at St. Brendan Catholic Community, Cumming, Georgia on Friday, February 26, 11:00am.
