Robert Drew Worrell

Robert Drew Worrell, 73 of Dahlonega, GA passed away Monday, February 28, 2011 at Peachtree Christian Hospice, Duluth, GA. Bob was a 20 year Veteran of the United States Airforce and also retired from the United States Postal Service. He was a avid gardener and wood worker. He is preceded in death by his son, Robbie Worrell. He is survived by his loving wife of 28 years, Patricia Worrell of Dahlonega, GA; daughters, Kim Pitts of Warner Robbins, GA, Jonetta Womack of Dahlonega, GA; brother, Charles Worrell of Pensacola, FL; and 4 grandchildren. A Graveside Service will be held Friday, March 4, 2011 at 1200 p.m. at Georgia National Cemetery, Canton GA. In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to Dahlonega Methodist Church, these donations will be divided between the Childrens Ministry and the Tree of Life Ministry.
