Robert Lee Heilman

Robert Lee Heilman, 73, of Cumming, GA passed away on July 27, 2014 after his second battle with cancer. Born in Freeport, IL, he is preceded in death by his parents, William and Rena Heilman, 3 Brothers, 1 Sister and 1 Great Grand Daughter. He was a loving friend, father and grandfather. He loved fishing, watching football and boxing. He was the kind of guy that never stopped working because he had to be out helping people. He retired in Georgia and met a lot of friends since moving here and running his Handyman Service. He is survived by his friend, Judy Heilman of Cumming GA; daughter Sherry (Joe) Luy of Freeport, IL; daughter, Bobbie (Ed) Schoenhard of Savannah, IL; Son, John (Cheryl) Heilman of Cumming, GA; daughter, Susan (Randy) Tempel of Long Beach, MS; 7 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Memorial Services will be held on Thursday, July 31, 2014 at 1:00 PM in the Oakland Cemetery and Mausoleum Chapel in Freeport, IL. Inurnment will immediately follow.
