Robert Davis

Robert "Bob" Davis, 90, passed away on Friday October 31, 2025. Bob was born on February 17, 1935 in East Brady, PA, to Raymond & Berniece Davis. Following college he joined the US Navy.
While in Pensacola, FL, he met & married the love of his life, Exie, and they had 61 happy years together before she passed in 2018.
Bob retired after 26 years; having lived in many locations, he settled in Orange Park, Florida. In 2006 they moved to Dahlonega, GA, to be closer to their children. After Exie passed he moved north to Rochester, NH. and relocated again August of 2025 to Powder Springs, GA.
Bob was a devoted husband, loving father, and cat lover. He always had a joke to tell and made a great old fashion cocktail. He also loved his morning coffee - a habit he picked up in the navy. He delighted in cheering up children in the hospital as Buzzo the Shrine Clown.
He had 2 children, Robin Chase and Robert Davis Jr, 5 grandchildren, and 7 great grandchildren.
He will be missed by all.
A private ceremony for the family will take place at a later date. He will be interred in Georgia National Cemetery.
