Richard Luckie Stradtman

Richard (Rick) Luckie Stradtman, age 59, of Dawsonville, GA, passed away at Northside Forsyth Hospital on Monday, July 26, 2010 due to medical complications. Born July 7, 1951, Rick was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, friend, entrepreneur, sports fanatic, coach, animal lover, Italian food connoisseur, and storyteller. Originally of St. Louis, Missouri, he also resided in Chicago, IL and Roswell, GA before settling down on Lake Lanier. Rick is survived by wife, Connie Stradtman, children; Trish Johnson, Rich Stradtman, Jacki (Eric) Webb, Jon (Kelly) Stradtman, Josh Stradman, Patrick Stradtman; step-children; Jenny (Mike) Diersen, Ryan Barlock, Jackie Barlock; 6 grandchildren, sisters Diane (Jim) MacMillan and Fran Bradley as well as numerous relatives and friends. Preceded by parents Dee Stradtman-Webb and Luckie Stradtman. The wake/viewing will be held Wednesday, July 28, 6-9pm at McDonald and Son funeral Home in Cumming, GA. The Funeral Mass will be held Thursday, July 29, 11am at Good Shepherd Catholic Church, also in Cumming, GA. Flowers, plants, donations, and prayers are appreciated.
