Reba Rae Merrett

Reba Rae Merrett, 76, of Gainesville, GA, passed away peacefully on August 26, 2010 after a prolonged illness. She was the daughter of Bartow and Eunice, beloved sister of Paul, Shirley, Iris, Sharon, and Dorothy, mother of Daryl and Lorna, grandmother of Samantha and Alexis, and aunt to dozens of nieces and nephews. She was an industrial bookkeeper and homemaker most of her life. She will be fondly remembered for her love of animals and her devotion to caring for the elderly. Her memorial services will be held for family and friends Tuesday, September 7, 2010, at 6:30 p.m. at McDonald & Son Funeral Home, Cumming, GA, presided by Sister Katie Landcaster.
