Rae Densmore

Rae Ann Densmore passed away peacefully on May 8th, 2026 surrounded by her loved ones. Born on September 2nd, 1966, in Cleveland, Ohio, Rae Ann devoted her life to her family and was known for the love and care she gave so freely to those around her.

She is survived by her daughters, Megan Brittain (Blake), Alexandria and Kelsey Delmonico (Matthew); her sister, Nicole Kobylinski (Mark), brother Brian Priebe; and her three beloved grandchildren, Kayla, Thomas, and Raegan, who lovingly knew her as “Rae Rae.”

She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas, and her mother, Carol.

Rae Ann will be remembered for her creativity and thoughtful spirit, especially her love of scrapbooking, gardening and yoga, as well as the joy she found in being a devoted grandmother. Her unwavering kindness and compassion touched the lives of many and will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Her family will hold a private celebration of life.
