It is with the most heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Paul D. Hatch on April 19th 2026, a man whose kindness, humor and positivity touched everyone who knew him. More than anything he cherished family and friends. Those special moments with those he loved meant more to him than we will ever know.

Hatch, his loving sister Jimmie Batchelor and her children, the nieces and nephew he adored Paula Batchelor-Painter and her husband Scott Painter, Amanda Flora and her husband Wade Flora and Keith Batchelor and his wife Ruth Batchelor.
Born and raised in Georgia, in his words he was “rooted in the north Georgia mountains like an Alabama tick.”
