Patricia Stuhler passed away peacefully on January 19, 2026, at the age of 86. She was born on January 6, 1940, and grew up in Staten Island, New York. In 1969, she moved to New Jersey, where she raised her family—first in Englishtown and later in Medford—before relocating to Cumming, Georgia, in 1992.
Patricia was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother whose life was centered around her family and faith. She is survived by her loving husband of 65 years, Herbert Stuhler; her daughter Kathleen Wardwell and her husband Buddy; and her sons Andrew Stuhler and his wife Colleen, Robert Stuhler and his wife Stefanie, and Kevin Stuhler and his wife Lynda. She is also survived by her brother David Kullman and his wife Theresa.
Patricia was a proud grandmother to Kristina, Karly, Jessica (Daniel), Samantha, Sabrina, Nikolas, Hunter, Angel and Lisa (Richard), and a cherished great-grandmother to Gwendolyn, Caleb, Cillian, Aiden, Maya and Zaylee.
She was predeceased by her beloved son, Thomas Stuhler, her brother George Kullman and her grandson Joseph Sawchuk.
She found joy in life’s quiet moments, especially reading suspense and mystery novels, completing crossword puzzles, watching her favorite television shows—including soap operas and crime dramas—and, most recently, playing games on her phone. She also loved sweets, especially chocolate with caramel and nuts. These simple pleasures brought her comfort and happiness.
A Mass in celebration of Patricia’s life will be held on February 6, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Good Shepherd Catholic Church, 3740 Holtzclaw Rd, Cumming, GA. Interment will immediately follow at the church columbarium, with a reception in the church hall afterward.
Patricia will be remembered for her steadfast love for her family, her quiet strength, and her enduring faith. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
May she rest in the peace of Christ. Amen.
