Patricia Calabro

Calabro, Patricia Austin Weithoner Patricia (Trish) W. Calabro of Dahlonega, GA, passed away Friday, September 19, 2014 at NE GA Medical Center in Gainesville, GA. Trish was born February 15, 1951, in Memphis, TN, to Paul and Mary Lou Weithoner. Trish is survived by her husband of 39 years, Steve Calabro of Dahlonega, GA,, two sons, Joseph Paul Calabro and Jonathan Marc Calabro, two sisters Jill W. Walton and Karen Sambuco, and three grandchildren Chloe, Paul, and Jameson. Trish was a 1969 graduate of Sylacauga High School. She completed her nursing degree at St. Vincent s School of Nursing in Birmingham, Al. She was also elected Miss St. Vincent s in her graduating class. Following her husband s educational and coaching career, Trish worked in a variety of local hospitals in Alabama. Nursing was a passion for her. She also enjoyed teaching in the LPN Program at Central Alabama Community College early in her career as a nurse. The family invites you to join in the celebration memorial of Trish s life on Thursday, September 25, 2014 at 12:00 pm CST in Sylacauga, AL, at St. Jude s Catholic Church.
