Patricia Strong Barrett

Patricia Strong Barrett, 86, of Augusta, Georgia, passed away on Monday, January 22, 2024.
She was born on December 1, 1937 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

She was the daughter of the Reverend Doctor Robert Strong and Roberta Kirkpatrick Strong and sister to James W. Strong. Patty Barrett was the mother of Gould Barrett, Robert Barrett, Kirk Barrett, Cornelia LaRussa, and Carter Barrett.

Patty was surrounded by her children in her last two weeks and passed peacefully.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, January 27, 2024 at Reid Memorial Presbyterian Church, 2216 Walton Way, Augusta, GA at 11:00 AM and the family will greet friends in the Narthex at 10:15 AM.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to the Augusta University Department of Music, 1120 15th St., Augusta, GA 30912.
