Nina Bestall

Nina, also known as Nannie, was a kind and joyful woman whose warmth and laughter left a lasting impression on everyone who knew her. She had a wonderful sense of humor and truly loved to laugh, bringing light to those around her. Her life reflected a quiet faith and deep love for others.

Nina was a dedicated real estate agent for more than 30 years. Outside of her career, she was a talented artist who loved to paint, and she found great joy in traveling with her family.

She is survived by her loving daughters, Cherie Perkins and her husband Larry Perkins, and Tammy Ashby; her brother, Raymond McIntyre; her grandchildren, Scott Perkins; Alex Perkins and his fiancée, Savannah Reed; and Daniel Perkins and his girlfriend, Lily Garrison; and her great-grandchildren, Avery Cole Perkins and Jesse Reed Perkins.

Nina was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond and Nina McIntyre, and her sister, Donna McIntyre.

Four years ago, Nina moved from Virginia to The Glen Villas in Cumming, Georgia, to be closer to her daughters. There, she found a wonderful sense of community and formed many dear friendships.

A celebration of Nina’s life will be held on May 8 at 2:00 PM at The Glen Villas in Cumming, Georgia.

Her laughter, kindness, and love will live on in the hearts of those who knew her.
