Nancy Ann Nettles

On July 30, 2015, Nancy A Nettles went home to be with her Heavenly Father. Everyone around Nancy knew that she loved life and loved her family. She was born on September 30th 1938 to William Gallagher and Nancy Gallagher. She graduated from Illinois Masonic Hospital School of Nursing and later received her Master's Degree at Illinois Benedictine College. She was an RN at Edward Hospital in Naperville Illinois and retired and moved to Georgia to be with her daughter, Marcy Cron and 3 grandchildren, Cassidy, Kenzie and Courtney Cron. She was an avid gardener and cook. She lived life to the fullest and brought joy to all who knew her. She was very active at the Cumming Senior Center where she made many friends. She was a member of Christ the King Lutheran Church, Cumming GA. She is survived by her son Michael Nettles from Plano, Illinois and her daughter, Marcy Cron (son-in law, Gregg) and grandchildren, Cassidy, Kenzie and Courtney of Cumming, GA. Nancy was preceded in death by brothers, William Gallagher, Tom Gallagher and Jim Gallagher. A Celebration of Life will be held at Christ the King Lutheran Church, 1125 Bettis Tribble Gap Road, Cumming GA 30040 on Saturday, August 8, 2015 @ 4:30pm.
