Roswell, Georgia
Nancy Ann Bailey Lowe passed away peacefully on June 25, 2026. True to her wishes, she left this world exactly as she lived in it: vibrant and full of life.
Nancy was always laughing, always in motion. With her lighthearted spirit, she brought color, a sharp sense of style, and a bright energy to everyone around her. A lifelong caregiver by nature, she was a deeply devoted wife, mother, sister, and aunt who dedicated herself to helping others. Whether she was working during her many decades as a talented hairstylist, or at home baking and cooking for her family, she expressed her love by taking care of the people in her life.
She knew how to find joy in the everyday. She loved the water and swimming, and spent her downtime enjoying music, movies, and her favorite shows. She possessed a great appreciation for a good deal and a playful sense of humor. Her family will always cherish the memories of her cracking up over ridiculous finds in the store aisles, giving novelty silly gifts, playing in the pool, excitedly telling them about something they HAD to watch, telling them to smile and be happy, and so much more.
Nancy lived in Hawaii for much of her life before spending her last few years in Georgia, holding a special place in her heart for both. In recent years, Nancy met the love of her life, her husband Jay. These last few years together were, without a doubt, the happiest of her life.
Nancy is survived by her husband, Jay; her children, Ashton and Ashaya; her three sisters, Marina, Mona, and Kathleen; her nieces, Ashley, Marissa, and Sophie; her dogs, Milton, Ono, and Theodore; and many other family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Cecil and Joy; her sister, Pamela; and her nephew, Brandon.
A memorial service to celebrate her life will be held in Roswell, Georgia, on Saturday, July 25th, at 6:00 p.m. For those unable to attend in person, the service will be livestreamed through Nancy’s Facebook profile. Her family invites you to visit her memorial page to upload your favorite photos and share your cherished memories of her.
