Milam, known as Myra, was born to Marvin and Georgia Ross at the Ross family home in Blairsville, Georgia. She had two sisters and two brothers of which she is survived by her sister Mildred Griffis of Flowery Branch Georgia. She succumbed to her extended illness.

Myra had 2 children from her first marriage, Pam Bradford Reed and Phillp J Bradford. Her son Phillip preceded her in death on January 16th 2018. She had two daughters Lisa Benefield of Murrayville, Georgia and Sonya Roche of Gainesville, Georgia from her second marriage of 53 years to Phillip D. Espinoza.

Myra was known for her genuine concern and compassion for everyone. Without hesitation she would help anyone who needed it. She was a hard worker, had a green thumb and loved to shop. Family was always her top priority. Myra leaves behind her husband Phillip along with 3 daughters, 2 step-daughters, 16 grandchildren, and 11great grandchildren.
