Michaela Marie Packard

Michaela Marie Packard, 24 of Cumming,GA passed on peacefully on November 18, 2011. Michaela fought a courageous 2 week battle to overcome injuries sustained in an accident on November 4th, 2011. Michaela was born on April 17, 1987 in Stoughton, MA and grew up in Strongsville OH. Michaela was a full time student at Kennesaw State University as a Geographical Information Systems major. She worked as a Dental Assistant at Fountain View Dentistry of Woodstock, GA. She is survived by her parents Lou-Anne and Glenn Packard and her sister Brittany Packard as well as grandparents Richard and Loretta Veader of Seekonk, MA and the late Barbara and David Packard. Michaela will be missed dearly by her boyfriend Lenny Doolan, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends that she has touched with her kindness, gentle spirit and passion for the outdoors and life. Friends and family are invited to attend memorial services at McDonald & Son funeral home of 150 Sawneee Drive, Cumming GA on Tuesday 11/22 from 2-4pm and 6-9pm. Church services will be held at St. Brendan the Navigator at 4633 Shiloh Rd, Cumming GA. In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to Caringbridge.org, Special Olympics or your local blood bank.
