To Maxton from Aunt Kylie:
My sweet little love
You're now up above.
You weren't here long
So I'm writing you this song.
Your blue-green eyes
Were the hardest goodbye.
Your beautiful smile
We won't see for a while
You hold my heart
We will never be apart
Your body isn't here
But your presence is near
I hear your laugh and cry
You were my little guy
As far as you may seem
The sunshine is your beam
You will always be our light
Even in the midst of night
Your stars shine bright
With the sun in the daylight
Singing with the angels
With all the free souls
dance in our harmony
We will keep your memory
