Mary Stevens

Mary H. Stevens, age 83, of Hiawassee, Georgia, formerly of Dallas, Georgia, passed away Tuesday, May 14, 2019. Mrs. Stevens was born in National City, California to William and Mary (Dawson) Briley. She retired from the Northrop Grumman Aircraft Corporation in Hawthorne, California, where she worked as a spares contract negotiator for the USAF F-5 fighter aircraft. She retired to Oceanside, California, and lived there for several years before moving to Dallas, Georgia, to be closer to her family. She is survived by her blended family. Her daughter and son-in-law Tracie and Paul Anderson, of Hiawassee, Georgia; stepsons and daughters-in-law Rodger and Cheryl Shrout, of Manhattan Beach, California; David and Susan Shrout, of Jacksonville, Florida; step daughter Terri Shrout of Reno, Nevada; grandchildren Brittany Anderson, of Broussard, Louisiana; Eric Anderson, of Ward, Arkansas; great granddaughter Katherine DeLaCruz, of Broussard, Louisiana. Also grandchildren Ryan and Joss Shrout, of Livonia, Michigan; Kara and Will Everill, of Kennesaw, Georgia. A graveside service will be 12:30 PM Friday, May 24, 2019 at Green Hills Memorial Park, 27501 S. Western Ave., Rancho Palos Verdes, California.
