In Loving Memory of Mary Jane Parks

Mary Jane Parks, of Safety Harbor, FL, a beloved sister, aunt and Godmother, passed away on January 7th 2026. She was born in Pittsburg, Pennsylvania and raised in Miami, Florida where she spent her early years surrounded by a large, loving Italian family.

Mary was preceded in death by her parents, Florence Torraca and Regis Georgia Parks, and siblings Regis Parks and Sandy Lankford. Their memory remained close to her heart throughout her life.

She will be deeply missed by her surviving siblings, Ronald Parks, Doreen Parks, Kathy McJenkin and Raymond Parks, many nieces and nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews and all who had the privilege of knowing her.

As a sister, aunt and Godmother, Mary Jane held a special place in the lives of her family. She offered guidance, warmth and unwavering support, creating lasting bonds and meaningful memories that will continue to be cherished.

Mary Jane will be remembered for her red hair, matching lipstick, independent streak and unwavering love for her family.

A celebration of her life will be held on May 2nd, 2026. Visitation at McDonald & Son Funeral Home will begin at 2:00 followed by a graveside service at Bethelview United Methodist Church in Cumming, GA, where she will be buried alongside her parents and siblings.

Her family will host an after service dinner for family and friends.
