Marsha C Becker

Marsha Campbell Becker, 76 years of age, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, May 30 at her home in Cumming, GA.

Marsha was born November 29, 1941 in Pensacola, FL to Murdock and Musette Campbell. She was a 1959 graduate of Pensacola High School and received her BA in 1963 from the University of Mississippi. She was a member of the Zeta Tau Alpha sorority, Gamma Delta chapter.

She married James Henry Becker of De Pere, WI in 1963 and eventually settled in Green Bay, WI and raised two boys. Despite being a belle from the south she learned to enjoy football, hockey, and winter activities. Marsha and Jim moved to Georgia in 1990 where she eventually became Manager of International Relations and Network Affiliates at Turner International before retiring in 1997.

Marsha was heavily involved in Pilgrim Congregation Church, the Cub Scouts, and the Ashwaubenon school district. She enjoyed time at the family cottage, traveling, and returning to Pensacola Beach with her family. Her six grandchildren provided her hours of talk for anyone who would listen.

She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Jim.; son Robert C. Becker, his wife Elizabeth and their children Emily, Carson, & Cole (Cumming, GA) ; son Mark M. Becker, his wife Tamara and their children Justice, Landon and Graham (De Pere, WI); her brother Murdock "Mac" Campbell Jr and his wife Diane (Pensacola, FL); and numerous cousins, nephews, and nieces.

Funeral arrangements are being handled by McDonald and Son Funeral Home of Cumming, GA with visitation on June 7, 2018 from 9:15-10:00 am followed by a graveside service at Georgia National Cemetery in Canton, GA.
