Mark Alan Ruppert

Mark Ruppert was born on March 4, 1980 in Melbourne FL. He died suddenly on the afternoon of May 7, 2016 in his father's home in Cumming. He is survived by his father, Richard,(Dick) and brothers, Russell and Adam Ruppert of Cumming, GA , brother, Scott Ruppert of Suwanee, GA, and aunt, Florence Ruppert of Palm Bay, FL, and grandmother, JoAnne Brown of Gresham, OR.

Mark lived in West Melbourne, FL with his family during his early years and when he was almost 3 the family moved to Lagos, Nigeria where his father was on assignment. While there he had the opportunity to visit Egypt, Italy, Amsterdam, London & Paris. Upon returning to the United States he returned to West Melbourne, FL. When he was 7 years old his family relocated to Fairport, NY, where he spent most of his formative years. He graduated from Fairport High School and attended Monroe Community College. For some time he was employed as a cash in transit Security Guard for Loomis Fargo in Rochester, NY and Atlanta, GA. He was married in January 2005 to Sundae Baker in Rochester, NY and relocated to Cumming, GA, where they later divorced. They had no children. After his divorce he worked at various retail positions with Target, was a Store Manager for Hollywood Video, and later worked as a Procurement Specialist for Publix Supermarkets at Post Road in Cumming for over 7 years. He was in the process of relocating to Texas when he passed.

Services will be held at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints Chapel at 510 Brannon Road in Cumming on Tuesday, May 17th with visitation at 10:00 am and funeral service at 11:00 am, followed by burial at Swanee View Gardens Cemetery in Cumming. Flowers may be sent to the church.
