Marjorie Ruth Gandolfi

Margie passed away with her family by her side on August 3rd 2019. The family has planned a private celebration of her life in Orlando, Florida.
She was born on February 3rd, 1944 in Teaneck, New Jersey and was the daughter of Ernest and Dorothy Canestrino. Margie had 2 sisters and a brother who grew up together in their family home in Ridgefield Park, New Jersey. She moved to the Atlanta area in 1979 and was a resident of Cumming, Georgia.

Margie was a very proud Mom and Grandma and a selfless person who loved children, the NY Yankees and all things Disney, but she mostly loved her kids and her family. They truly were the most important thing to her, and she devoted her life to their well-being and happiness. She raised a wonderful family and would certainly consider that to be her greatest achievement.

She will be missed and is survived by her son Tom and his wife Sherri, her son Ernie and his wife Diane, her sister Dorothy Jean and brother in law John "Murphy", her brother Ernie, and three grandchildren, Tori, Kasey and Harlow who she loved "To the moon and back".
