Marilyn Margaret Sauber

Our Beloved Mother, Marilyn Margaret (Schreiner) Sauber, 79, originally from Fostoria, passed away on Sept. 04, 2015 in North Georgia. She was born on June 04, 1936 to Wilfred & Minnie Schreiner. She graduated in 1954from St. Wendelin's where she also married her husband of 53 years, Robert Arthur Sauber. After 30 years of living in Miami, FL and raising 5 children, Marilyn & Bob retired and moved back home to Fostoria. After Bob's death in 2008, Marilyn lived out her remaining years near her 2 youngest daughters in North Georgin. She was preceded in death by her husband Robert Sauber, her parents Wilfred & Minnie Schreiner, her sisters Opal Benjamin & Norma Hibbard, and her brother Carl Schreiner. She is survived by her 5 chiWren David Sauber, Susan Hoffman, John Sauber, Nancy Buttari, Sandy Shepard, and her 8 grandchildren Carie, Christie, David, Kyle, Julie, Dahlia, Sara & Jimmy and 2 great grandchildren Kaylee & Christian, as well as her sister Patricia Smola. A Memorial gathering of family will be held at St. Wendelin Cemetary to lay to rest both Marilyn & Robert at a future date yet to be determined.
