Marie McElveen

Marie McElveen of Braselton, GA, passed away on March 12, 2024.

Marie is preceded in death by parents Bass and Brooksye Edwards, and sibling Joyce Sills.

Marie is survived by her son Wendell McElveen and his wife Tina; as well as her 2 grandchildren and six great grandchildren whom she dearly loved, amongst other family and friends. She will be missed by all the lives she touched.

A visitation will be held at McDonald and Son Funeral Home on Friday, March 15, 2024, from 5:00PM-7:00PM. A second visitation will be held on Saturday, March 16, 2024, beginning at 1:00PM. Interment will follow on Saturday, March 16, 2024, at 3:00PM, at Sawnee View Gardens. A reception will take place at the funeral home following the graveside service, lasting from 4:00PM-6:00PM.
