Lucille Hatfield

Lucille Hatfield of Dawsonville, Georgia, passed away on April 7, 2023.

Lucille is preceded in death by her parents Donnie Lee Bowen and Bertha Monteen Bowen, spouse French Mitchell Hatfield, siblings Morgan Bowen, Billy Bowen, Orabelle Martin, Ruth and husband Harold Hester, Donnie Lee Bowen Jr., and Melvin and wife Dell Bowen.

She is survived by her son Scott Brown, daughter Sarah Martin, and stepson Ryan Hatfield. She is also survived by grandchildren Crystal (Aaron) Bragg, Heather Martin, Arien Brown, and Mason Brown; great grandchildren Elizabeth Bragg and Eryn Kennedy; and siblings Jerry (Kaye) Bowen, and Doreen (Robert) Ferguson, and sister-in-law Lynn Bowen.

Lucille was a long time employee of American Boa. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother and wife. Lucille was ONE OF A KIND. If you were fortunate enough to have her as a part of your life, you were truly loved by her.

A visitation will be held at McDonald and Son Funeral Home on Sunday, April 16, 2023, from 2:00 - 4:00 followed by a memorial service at 4:00 in the chapel of McDonald and Son.
