Loretta Elizabeth Mulligan

Loretta Elizabeth Mulligan, 93, passed away on November 11, 2021.She was born on February 2, 1928, to William Ballinger and Etta Wessler in Covington, Kentucky.

She was a busy wife and mother, who enjoyed gardening, sewing, fishing and needlework while raising five children. She also was a proud grandmother and great-grandmother.

She was predeceased by her husband, John Joseph Mulligan, her eldest son Robert Eugene Mulligan and granddaughter Suzanne Elizabeth Pizzuto. She leaves behind her daughter Jacquelyn Kay Wilson (Michael), son John Joseph Mulligan (Evelyn), daughter Linda Sue Smith (Fred), and daughter Rosanna Brosseau (Butch), and several nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Loretta was lovingly cared for after her husband passed away by her daughter Rosanna and her husband Butch. Loretta will be greatly missed.

Graveside service will be at 11:00 AM on Friday, November 19, 2021.
