Linda McReynolds

On April 15, 2024, Linda Jeanne (Willman) McReynolds of Cumming, Georgia passed away due to complications in her fight against cancer. She was a beautiful, kind, and loving woman. She had a giving soul that brought out the best in all of us. She was the glue for our family, caring for our daily needs, offering emotional support, and providing encouragement with kindness and grace. Born in Flint, Michigan on March 21, 1946 to parents Rudolph and Geraldine Willman, she is survived by her loving husband Daryl of 57 years, sons Scott and Mark, daughter-in-law Liana, and grandsons Greyson and Carter. Her loving sister Diane and her family live in Clio, Michigan.

Linda grew up in the Flint, Michigan area. She was a popular friend amongst her classmates. She enjoyed her close friends, participating in girl scouts, and playing clarinet in both concert and high school marching band. Her first job was working the fountain at the counter in the Bowls and Smith drug store. She was very artistic and enjoyed arts and crafts, such as painting, drawing, and macrame.

Linda and Daryl built a wonderful life. They moved 28 times with various assignments from the Air Force and Daryl's professional career. Wherever they went the constant was Linda's devotion to him and making a good home for her family. They enjoyed their weekends together as avid boaters.

Linda was a believer and lived a righteous life. She lived with an intent to avoid hurting anyone, care for others, and selflessly putting others first. She brought out the best in all of us. Please join us in celebrating Linda on Friday, April 19th.

The family will receive friends at McDonald and Son Funeral Home on Friday, April 19, 2024, from 10:00AM-11:00AM, with a memorial service to honor her life beginning at 11:00AM.
