Linda LeGrand

Linda Louise Matthews LeGrand passed away on November 8, 2023. Linda was a loving wife to Robert Hershel LeGrand of 58 years who preceded her in death in 2021. She was an amazing mother to Steven, Catherine (Steve) Davis and Pam (Erik) Porter.

She loved her grandchildren Cody, Brooks, Taylor and Carson with a passion they will never forget. She was fortunate to know her great grandchildren Bella, Ryder and Eleanor. She is survived by her Aunt Emma Jean McCaskill and her brother James (Jim) William Matthews, Jr. and two nieces and one nephew which she loved dearly.

She was preceded in death by her parents James William Matthews, Sr. and Shelly Louise McCaskill Matthews.

Linda had a kind word to everyone she met and was always ready with a smile. She loved to decorate and entertain friends and family, but holidays were her specialty with little touches around the house for each occasion culminating in her favorite, Christmas, celebrating her savior who has called her to be with him now.

A visitation will be held in Linda's honor on Monday, November 13, 2023 at 10:00am at McDonald & Son Funeral Home, 150 Sawnee Drive, Cumming, Georgia, 30040. The funeral service will follow at 11:00am EST at the same venue.
