Leslie George Mansfield

Leslie George Mansfield, 89, of Cumming passed away on March 28, 2022. He was born in Newark, New Jersey on February 18, 1933. After serving in the Navy, he worked at New Jersey Bell, where he met and married Sharon Delbridge on June 18, 1960 (who passed June 29, 2012 - after 52 years of marriage).

His predeceased parents were Rose Alberts and John William Mansfield. Also predeceased are his brothers William (and wife Meir) and Albert (and wife Marie).

He is survived by his son, Jon Mansfield, of Cumming, GA; and his daughter and son-in-law Deb and John Faison of Cumming, GA; grandson Jack Faison of TN; nephews Dennis, Steven, Brian, Kevin and their spouses, and Rob, Ken, Ellen, Jason, and their spouses; along with many other dear family and friends.

Les had a gentle spirit and soul, a good Christian man, always seeing the good in people and having a kind word. He was a loving husband, father, grampa, good neighbor and there are many who will miss him greatly.
