Lee Morris

Mr. Lee Morris, age 92, passed away peacefully on August 1, 2026.

Born on June 4, 1934, in Haralson County, Georgia, Lee was the son of the late Mr. Willis Morris and Mrs. Fronie Morris Story.

In addition to his parents, Lee was preceded in death by his beloved son, William Morris (1986); his daughter, Carol Lloyd (1991); and his stepson, Michael Yates (2019).

Lee is survived by his devoted wife of 50 years, Pat Morris of Cleveland, Georgia. He also leaves behind his loving children: Doug Morris and wife Jennifer of Winder, Georgia; Ricky Morris of Pennsylvania; Leonard Morris and wife Sharon of Fort Pierce, Florida; Chris Morris and wife Jennifer of Cleveland, Georgia; Judy Carswell and husband Ricky of Rockledge, Florida; and Janice Hicks and husband Mike of Fort Pierce, Florida.
He is also survived by his stepchildren, Michelle Cochran and husband Barry of Turnerville, Georgia, and Jason Yates and wife Wanda of Cleveland, Georgia.

Lee was blessed with many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren, all of whom he loved dearly.

Lee was a hardworking man who believed in doing the job right, no matter what it took. He was a proud husband, a devoted father, and a dedicated provider who spent his life caring for those he loved. His quiet strength, unwavering work ethic, and deep love for his family will be remembered by all who knew him.

Though our hearts are heavy with his passing, we find comfort in knowing that Lee is now at peace with the Lord, continuing to do what he loved most—watching over the family he cherished so deeply.

His legacy of love, hard work, and devotion will live on through the generations of family and friends whose lives he touched.
