Krista Ruukel Kowalski

Krista Ruukel Kowalski 45, of Cumming, Georgia passed away on Friday, October 16th, 2020.

Krista is preceded in death by her father in law; Don A. Kowalski.

Krista was a people person who would do anything for her family and friends. She was especially protective of her daughter and her husband. Everyone that knows her knows that she was a confident and determined woman.

Krista loved to wakeboard and snowboard and do anything adventurous. She was very creative and loved still life and nature photography. You could often find her learning and playing new songs on her guitar. Krista also loved to cook Estonian dishes and create new recipes of her own.

Krista will be dearly missed.

Krista is survived by her parents; Karl (Julika) Ruukel of Estonia, and her mother in law; Ann Marie Kowalski of Macomb, Michigan. Husband; Jeffrey Kowalski of Cumming, Georgia. Daughter; Isabella Kowalski of Cumming, Georgia. Sisters; Triin Ruukel of Estonia, and Karin Ruukel of Estonia. Brother in law; Dereck (Marie) Kowalski of Macomb, Michigan. Other extended family members and friends also survive.

A celebration of Krista's life will be held on a later date.
