Kenneth Anson Brown

Kenneth Anson Brown, 78, of Cumming, GA died on April 10, 2011 at Northside Forsyth Hospital. Born in Shelbyville, IL he was the son of the late Anson and Juanita Brown. His son, Kevin Kenneth Brown also predeceased him. Ken served in the US Army. He was an avid woodworker, enjoyed fishing and was a dedicated sports fan. Ken seldom missed his kids and grandkids ballgames. He is survived by his beloved wife of 57 years, Loretta Elaine Brown of Cumming, GA; children, Diane Kay (David) Ohmann of Cumming, GA and Jeffrey David (Kelly) Brown of Cumming, GA; brother, Edwin (Judy) Brown of Saginaw, MI; grandchildren, Zachary, Kelsea, Madelyn and Jacob; niece, Jodie McNalley and nephew, David Brown of Saginaw, MI. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, April 16, 2011 at Christ the King Lutheran Church in Cumming. The Rev. Dr. Kerry Maurer will officiate. Interment will follow at Sawnee View Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Friday, April 15 from 5:00 9:00 pm at the funeral home.
